I really like the printed worksheets, so I thought the digital would be great to use since I've needed to teach in person and have online work as well for the last couple of years. I wanted to like the entire product, but the activities are the printed worksheets simply scanned in with a Google form as an add-on. The Google Form is not student-friendly because it's difficult to answer or students have to go back and forth to get the question and answer. Unfortunately, this means I paid for this resource, but still have to create my own resource for my students so it's more user-friendly.
It is an excellent resource except I don't have access to PowerPoint. I struggle with getting it aligned in google sheets. I am considering the bundle though.
This was one of the best resources I purchased last school year. It hit all the standards that I needed students to learn and practice on a consistent basis.
My students loved using the reading passages in class.
While I was very excited to see this Depth and Complexity activity for Hatchet, my GATE students and I often found it difficult. Some sections really seemed like a stretch getting the question/story to match the depth and complexity icon/prompt. A great idea, but needs a bit of tweaking to be more user friendly. Thank you!

Hi! I am thinking of purchasing a few resources and noticed this statement when reading about the pattern blocks math centers: "Save money and purchase this as part of the Hands-on Math: Build Your Own Bundle!" I tried to follow the link, but it takes me to your store. I've also looked for a build your own bundle in your store but can't find it. How does it work? I'm interested in bundling what I want to purchase. Thanks!!! :)
Hi there! This is where it explains the discount breakdown when you BYOB: https://teacherthrive.com/byob -- The discounts are automatically applied to your cart when you add 10 or more sets.
What set of pattern blocks do you recommend for this activity?
You can use any set. I like the wooden ones from Lakeshore Learning.
Can you post a picture of the actual activity being done.
Hi there! Right now, I only have a pic of Set 1. The idea is the same. http://pinterest.com/pin/A2XQQgAQgNUHcJYlkE0AAAA/
