Hi Kim! I hope that you will stick with it! I promise that it will get easier as time goes on. I also have a 3rd grade version (it doesn't say the grade level on the resource:-) that you might want to check out.

Great product, but I would've liked more directions. Also, the second page doesn't print upside down. It took a little while to figure out how to put it together. Once figured out, it was a great foldable and the kids had fun with it!
I love this format, but this is more of a preview with instructions needed than a review. I started this day one of 6th grade and realized much of this had not been taught yet. It is a great review, but my goal for this was an independent transition. I will reserve judgement until further down the road. If you are teaching 6th grade at the beginning of the year, you will need to do some direct instruction with this.
Hi Debi! I use this a preview and a review. The first two weeks are completed whole group, with me modeling each item. After a few weeks the students can complete alone; I definitely don't expect them to know all the concepts at first and they know that some of it will be new information. The most important component is correcting and discussing the work whole group; that's where so much learning takes place. After 4-5 weeks your students will take off, I promise! They not only understand all of the concepts but they are familiar with the format as well.

That video only works if you pay for Adobe Pro DC, which I do not, so that does not help me. Guess I won't be able to separate them easily. Sigh.

I went ahead and purchased the paper version of this resource and there is a lock on the PDF preventing me from separating out the units for easier organization. I also have purchased Book 1 and Book 2 of the root words and was able to save each unit as it's own PDF on my desktop for easy & quick organization. Unfortunately, this PDF will not allow me to do that. Am I able to re-download the PDF without the password block? I would like to organize the resource how I would like, so I am not scrolling through 365 pages each week.

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we cannot share the password to our locked PDFs, as they are there to protect us from copyright infringement.

I was curious if it would be possible to purchase the word wall and concentration game cards separately without purchasing the entire printable pack? I already have the digital version, and it would be redundant to purchase this entire packet. I do not need the printable version of all the student pages, but I would like word wall and game cards.

Unfortunately, TpT doesn't have a function that allows us to easily create custom bundles in a way that ensures customers always have the latest version of their resources.
