My students loved getting to use these interactive notebook pieces to master their prefixes and suffixes. I teach them all year long how their brain uses all sorts of little tricks to help them remember information, and when they made the connection between the icon and the prefix/suffix, their eyes lit up. Thank you!
Although I love this product (thorough and engaging), I don't plan to use interactive notebooks in my classroom this year.
An excellent resource - I will be using this over and over again.
A very engaging activity for students while studying affixes. Using varied senses helps the students integrate the information and also retain it. Great resource!!

Do you have an affix resource like your Get to the Root of it resources for greek and latin? A coworker uses your greek and latin and I love them and how inclusive they are with words lists, activities, assessments, sorting cards, etc, but I teach younger and need affixes more... any plans to make one?
