Very, very hard. Not suitable for my remedial 4th graders. I hope to use it later in the year.
Hi Kim! I hope that you will stick with it! I promise that it will get easier as time goes on. I also have a 3rd grade version (it doesn't say the grade level on the resource:-) that you might want to check out.

Great product, but I would've liked more directions. Also, the second page doesn't print upside down. It took a little while to figure out how to put it together. Once figured out, it was a great foldable and the kids had fun with it!
I love this format, but this is more of a preview with instructions needed than a review. I started this day one of 6th grade and realized much of this had not been taught yet. It is a great review, but my goal for this was an independent transition. I will reserve judgement until further down the road. If you are teaching 6th grade at the beginning of the year, you will need to do some direct instruction with this.
Hi Debi! I use this a preview and a review. The first two weeks are completed whole group, with me modeling each item. After a few weeks the students can complete alone; I definitely don't expect them to know all the concepts at first and they know that some of it will be new information. The most important component is correcting and discussing the work whole group; that's where so much learning takes place. After 4-5 weeks your students will take off, I promise! They not only understand all of the concepts but they are familiar with the format as well.

How many slides are included in this bundle. It says it is for one week so is it only one slide?

Will the powerpoint open in google slides?
Yes, for the most part, everything transfers over just fine. There will be a few instances in each PowerPoint where you will have to edit the fonts in Google Slides so that everything lines up.
Hello, First of all, this is a really great resource. I'm using it with my middle school ELLs. I just printed the Grammar Sketch Notes, but I'm confused as to why there ins't a blank sketch note for me to use with other prefixes, root words and suffixes. The Sketch note that came with this file is for "Predictable" but I'd like to have kids create a sketch note for the other prefixes, root words and suffixes in this bundle. I could use a blank sketch note. Thank you! Claudia

Hello, I am unable to find the digital activities for this purchase. I do see Google Forms in the zip file; however, it is in an excel spreadsheet. I have purchased many items with the option to use with Google Apps and typically there is link to make a copy of the activity which then goes into my Google drive. I appreciate any information
