I liked having this resource to guide me when teaching this standard. However, I think it was a little difficult for my 3rd graders. We haven't gone over some of the contenct, but that may be just because of the order we teach the language standards in our county.
My students struggled with this concept, however I was trying to teach it in a hybrid learning environment. It probably would have been more successful in a everyday review situation. Work like to try again during a "normal" year.
Good Resource
Thanks for the resource
My students were frustrated with this resource for their morning work. I give them time to work on it then go over all of it as a whole group. Unfortunately, my students are to quick to "shut down" and are not in the mindset to be able to understand what we're doing.

I feel like my child is a little behind on grammar. I'm thinking of using this as a fun way to catch her up. Could I do more than 1 grade in a year (36 weeks) if we just spent 15-20 minutes on this a day reviewing and reinforcing skills? If I saw a hole in her knowledge I could stop and teach/reteach that concept.
Woops! I meant to comment on the INTERACTIVE LANGUAGE NOTEBOOK! I was thinking about doing 4th, 5th, 6th, & 7th all this year. Is that crazy?
Hi Steve! Thanks for reaching out! That sounds like a lot of grammar work. I would suggest doing one grade level at a time and feeling it out as you go.
Hi, I downloaded this using my school access account, and I can't open the powerpoint. The file appears to have gotten corrupted, probably during compressing to a .zip or extracting from it, as powerpoint is unsuccessfully trying to "repair" it. Is there any way you can send me a copy of the .pptx in an unzipped form?
Hi there! Sorry for the inconvenience. I just checked the file, and everything appears normal. Please contact TpT so they can troubleshoot this with you directly. https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Contact
