Description
Almost 70% of the English language is derived from Latin and Greek languages. When students learn these “building blocks” it becomes easy for them to recognize and decode unfamiliar words that are related to a known root. It is also increasingly important to explicitly teach students the meanings of Greek and Latin roots as they encounter the very technical vocabulary found in science and other content areas. This is the digital version of the paper-based Get to the Root of It: Book 1.

Great resource, easy to use, and made grading much easier and instantaneous.
I was struggling to create a vocab program with my students. This was a great way to work with the kids. It is an added bonus that it is self grading.
Very easy to implement and user friendly. Students love the instantaneous feedback.

I am a Schoology LMS user. I am familiar with the workarounds I will need to do for a Google Form to work with my LMS. I just want to confirm that the digital Greek and Latin Book [1] is a series of Google Forms that can be used independently of a Google Classroom account.

Once you download and open up the file, you'll click on the file "DigitalGreekLatinBook1"
From there, click on the .xls file, and all of the links will be there.

I just bought DIGITAL Greek and Latin Roots [Book 1] Distance Learning
and since I do not use Google forms this was a waste of my $20. Please provide me a version at this cost that I can use for Microsoft products

We do not have any digital resources that are specifically formatted for Microsoft. However, we do have paper-based versions of each digital resource.
I am wondering if you will offer a resource with just the assessments digitally? I use your book 1 and 2 and use the paper version of the activities for HW, but would like to have the assessments digital to save on grading time.
