This a comprehensive product and gives teachers many options for differentiation and encouraging deeper thinking.

Hi I have downloaded the Depth and Complexity Mega Bundle but I cannot open the Fairytales section. I keep getting a window that says enter the Password. I don't know the password. Can you help me?

Yes. Please make sure you are opening the file with the latest version of Adobe reader. It can be downloaded for free at get.adobe.com/reader. Please let me know if you are still unable to open it.
Hello! I just downloaded "Teach Depth and Complexity Using Fairytales..." and then saw you MEGA BUNDLE at the bottom. It looks amazing!! Is there anyway I could purchase the mega bundle and apply the amount paid for the Fairytale Resource towards that? (I know, look before you click!) Please let me know! Thanks! :o)
Oh no! I am so sorry about that. Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to issue credits or refunds. You can try these two options though...
1. Buy the bundle and then contact TpT for a refund on the fairytales unit. I can't say 100% that they will refund you, but I know they are usually pretty good about that if the buyer contacts them.
2. Or you can buy the bundle and then I can email you some items from my store that are around $10 to offset your cost of the fairy tales unit.

Hi, I am able to open all of the other files. The fairy tale file is the only one that I'm unable to open.

Hi, Just downloaded your Mega Bundle. Looks great! One problem, however, the Fairytale PDF file will not open. Te message says the file may be damaged or not in a correct format to open. All other files opened with no problem. Is it possible to get a copy of just that unit?

Hi Betty Ann. I apologize for the inconvenience. What program are you using to open the file? You need to make sure you're using the latest version of Adobe Reader. You can download it for free here: get.adobe.com/reader/
