This looks like a very great resource - thank you for sharing! I am very excited to implement this in my class next year.
Can not wait to use this! I'm thinking this might be added to my weekly homework.
Thank you!

Thanks, I would really appreciate it if you could, or alternatively, could you offer an editable version, so I could make the changes myself? As it's not just spelling that is different, but also our metrics systems and school subjects/sports.
Unfortunately I am unable to make an editable version as I made these in Adobe Illustrator.
Before I purchase, I was wondering if each week follows the same format? For example, would each Monday have the same set of questions (#1 hyperbole and ect.)? Thank you!
Hi there! Yes, each week follows the same format and/or topic.
I love this resource. I downloaded the weekly trial version. I am an Australian - just wondering if you could adjust these resources to suit an Australian, British and Canadian audience (e.g. spelling)?
Thank you! That is something I will look into and consider.
Love this resource...have been using as review before our state testing.
Question: On Week 2, Tuesday.... spelling section. One of the words is 'causal' and one is 'beleive'....
I had a lot of students say BOTH words were incorrect, thinking that 'causal' should be 'casual'... and then obviously 'believe'. We had some great discussion about looking up the words to verify, but I am thinking that it could have been an error?
Thanks again for this resource... love your products!
Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention! I have corrected the error and uploaded a revised file. Take care.
Do you have quizzes that assess each week's items?
Sorry, I do not at this time.
do you have an answer sheet attached?
Hi! There is an answer key included. Student answers are recorded directly on the page. I hope I've answered you question. Let me know if I can be of more help.
I noticed that the question was posed by another about a 7th grade version. Any plans for an 8th grade version as well?
Thank you so much for your interest. I had some pretty ambitious plans in early summer. Each grade levels takes about a month to make and after completing 4-6th grade I simply ran out of time. So at this point I don't know that I will get to any other grades anytime soon. I am sorry about that.
UPDATE 8-14-14 I am working on a 7th grade version right now! Will hopefully be done in a month.
I am so thrilled to use this in my classroom next year - thank you for sharing! I do have a question about the Greek/Latin roots. Is/Are there a specific source(s) you used to determine if the roots were Latin or Greek? I would like to start a collection of reputable websites, etc for my students. I have found one or two already, but I am curious what you used.
Also, do you have a recommendation on the best way for a student to go about figuring out possible answers to the fourth question on Thursdays (figuring out what word is defined based on a root)?
Actually, Wikipedia's page on greek/latin roots is completely accurate and dependable. I have cross referenced it with a textbook I used in a linguistics graduate class and it is spot on, and more expansive than most resources. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Greek_and_Latin_roots_in_English
Wikipedia is also great for Th number 4. The whole point of that question is to get the students applying what they know about roots AND using the vast resources available to them to figure out the word. I have students do a Google search "words with trans", "trans root word", etc.
Let me know if this helps.
I'm very interested in a 7th grade version of this product. My only question is about your terms of use policy for a 1:1 classroom. All of my students will have Macbooks, so our district is practically eliminating copies. What would your TOU be about electronic copies for students?
I would have no problem with students using digital copies. Thanks for asking. I am going to try and make one for 7th; just can't say for sure if/when this will happen. Thank you for your interest.
UPDATE 8-14-14 I am working on a 7th grade version right now! Will hopefully be done in a month.
