A Little Bit of 2nd Grade In My Life

I am so happy to have found your resource! It makes my fifth grade homework to take no more brain work! The kids love that it is mixed problems!

Beth Stiltner

Such a great and useful resource!

LeeAndBee

So thrilled to be using this! I was hoping that this seller would make the 5-A-Day Math and it's so worth every penny. She even has graph paper squares printed behind certain problems for the work to be done on. There is fractions modeling, patterns in multiplication and division, etc. It looks clean and attractive and has plenty of critical thinking while not being impossible for the kids to do on their own before correcting together. LOVE THIS!!!!

Kevin S.

Using this with my class now. Great way to review prior skills while introducing skills to be taught later. Thank you!

Maria W.

I have looked over many math daily reviews for my students to work on after recess and this one is fantastic! Got To Teach did a great job on researching problems that reflect the Common Core. Thank you for your hard work!!

I Love Primary

Hi,
I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT!!! I have noticed a mistake on the 14th question on all the tests. It seems as if they are mixed up. You show the geometry standards on the rounding and the rounding standards on the geometry.

I think there may be one other box where this happens but I can't find it at the moment.

I am having kids track their progress on the standards so if this could be fixed it would be so AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Again...this is the BEST product out there for review EVER!...and I have a TON of them!

Teacher Thrive

Ack!!! Thank you! I’ll get these corrected ASAP.

Daiann H.

Do you know when you will have the weekly assessments for Math?

Teacher Thrive

Hello! I apologize, but I don't know when these will be completed.

Daiann H.

Does this have a Friday quiz? Possibly in google forms???

Teacher Thrive

Hello! I do not have these for 5th grade yet. I plan on getting to them later in the school year, though.

Amber P.

Are you creating weekly assessments for this fifth grade version as you have for the third and fourth grade spirals?

Teacher Thrive

Hi Amber! I will be creating these, but I am taking a little break right now to work on some other projects. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Buyer

I was trying to look up assignment but I cannot find it how do I do that

Teacher Thrive

Sorry, but I don't understand your question. Are you looking for a particular resource?

Kerissa H.

Hi there! I just had a quick question. Since your 5-a-day review is only Monday through Thursday, what do you do for a bell ringer on Friday? Just wondering. :)

Teacher Thrive

Hello! I will eventually have Friday assessments for these. However, right now, I am recommending that teacher spend Friday going over concepts that the students struggled with during the week.

Rita B.

Is there any way that I can get an editable version of this? I just purchased the product and love how it spirals in previous concepts. When I purchased I thought it was editable, and I would like to change a few problems based on differentiating for different students. Please let me know!

Teacher Thrive

Hi Rita! I am in the process of making all my math spirals Reviews editable (PowerPoint) since I create in Adobe Illustrator. I hope to have this done within a couple of months. It will be part of a free updated.

Queen B In Fifth

Hi, I want to purchase these for my fifth grade class, but am concerned that it will be too hard because it introduces new topics before they have been taught. I've read through the product and have noticed that they are scaffolded at the beginning. Have you used these in a classroom? Have you noticed that they are too difficult? I am planning on modeling the first two weeks, but want to make sure that this is helping my students, not confusing or frustrating them.

Teacher Thrive

Hello! This resource is not designed around a particular scope and sequence since so many teachers follow different timelines, etc. I find that the best way to use this is to begin with whole group lessons where you model and discuss each of the activities. I don't worry too much if there hasn't been a formal lessons on a particular concept; I treat those items more of a preview. After a few weeks, the students really start grasping the format and you can begin to transfer the workload to them. Eventually, when the students are working independently on the review, you will simply spend time correcting and discussing their work in class. Please feel free to email me with any questions! GotToTeach@icloud.com

Kylie R.

Does this have an answer key that goes with it?

Teacher Thrive

Hello! Yes, it does.

Tina B.

Do you have plans of creating a 5 a day for 7th grade math?
Thanks!

Teacher Thrive

I really hope to at some point, but I don't have a definitive timeframe for when it will be completed. Thank you so much for your interest.
