PRINCESSMAY H.

I purchased Compound Sentences together with the other types of sentences to have consistency in the style of teaching. This resource is very spot on. I love that it has enough activities for students to really learn the concept. In previous years when I didn't have this resource, students have that glazed look in their eyes. It's like once we stepped further than simple sentences, I already lost their attention. This resource is the answer to that. Students are really engaged with the sketch notes.

One thing my students really struggled with this year was writing grammatically correct sentences and expanding on their sentences. This resource was a great way to implement this and get some independent practice during small group time.

Hannah Carver

I love these resources. I use them weekly with my students. They offer great examples, ample opportunity for practice, and a quick and easy assessment option. They are all the same format so my students are able to get the routine down and they know what to expect. Love this resource!

Vanessa V.

Thank you so much! My group enjoyed using the task cards and a great way to reinforce skills.

Coral S.

It's a good intro to this concept. I like it for my students.
