I originally got the 5th grade version of this resource. I LOVED IT. So, I decided to get the 3rd grade version. It has most of them same things as the 5th grade version. For example, we teach compound sentences in both 3rd and 5th grade. I assumed that the 3rd grade version would be tailored down to meet a 3rd grade level or standard....but it was the exact same as the 5th grade version. I am a little disappointed that I spent so much money on something that I already had!
Hi Katy,
The type and format of the resources are the same, but the content is entirely different. The 3rd Grade version is based on 3rd Grade CCSS standards, and the 5th Grade version is based on 5th Grade CCSS standards. There may be a few units on the same topic; however, the upper-level versions either act as a review or go deeper into the particular case. But again, the content is not the same.
This was SO repetitive. My daughter would cry when I would say that we were going to do our grammar work. There is really no variety or way to make this a fun learning experience. The power point program was by far the best part of this resource. I had high hopes for this, but unfortunately we will not be using this grammar resource.

Hello! I am SUPER interested in this product - I am always struggling to fit grammar in within a brief, fun, and effective time frame. Will you be having any sales with this product in the upcoming weeks with school starting? I am on a budget, but super interested in using this product. Thanks so much!
Hi Taylor!
TpT usually holds a back-to-school sale in Aug. However, they don't announce the dates until a couple of days before the sale.
Hello! Is this bundle available to use on google classroom? Our principal purchased it for us, so I am not sure if there is a google classroom feature that I missed. Thank you!!
Hi Olivia! Digital versions of the practice printables, task cards, and assessments will be added in September.
Hi again :) Before I buy, I noticed that someone asked about these going digital with the unknown for next year. Will the digital resource be an add on to this resource, or will you be selling these digitally separately?
Hello! Yes, digital versions of the practice printables, task cards, and assessments will be added by late Aug/early Sept. No extra purchase needed. However, once these are added, the price will increase.
Are the interactive notebook activities the same as your 3rd grade interactive notebook resource?
Hello! Yes, many are the same as the INB. These activities were added to the resource as a bonus.
Do you have a timeline for when you’ll be adding digital / distance learning friendly options to this resource? I’m excited to start utilizing those! Thank you.
We are working to have them all done for grades 3-5 by early September.
Will the resources be completely digital for distance learning?
No, these are not digital resources.
I was just wondering if you might add prepositions in the future ? I LOVE this resource and use it for myself as much as my students ?
I do have a prepositions unit for 4th grade that you could use.

When was the update?
Hi There. I’m not sure I understand your question. Are you asking when this was last updated?
Hi, I absolutely love these. My students love them more. Do you have a product on Contractions?
Hi there. Sorry for the delay. I don’t have an unit on contractions.
About how many minutes each day would it take to implement these units as a daily grammar routine? How much class time will need to be devoted to teach this effectively (on average)?
I would say about 10-15 minutes a day.
