Description
Time to Tile: Finding Multiples is a hands-on activity that takes students’ thinking beyond procedures and rote memorization. This engaging resource activates critical thinking and problem-solving skills, all while building a true understanding of multiples. Students must place 10 number tiles (0-9) on the Time to Tile cards in order to correctly complete three multiple columns. Cards 1-15 have multiples that are in consecutive order (e.g., 6: 18, 24, 30). Cards 16-30 are a bit more challenging as they have multiples that are not in consecutive order (e.g., 6: 12, 36, 54). Students who have yet to master all of their multiplication facts can also have great success with this resource by using a 12 x 12 multiplication table as an aide.
This resource is now provided in printable and digital formats (Google Slides).
This resource includes:
•30 different Time to Tile cards
•An “Answer Recording Sheet,” where students can record their answers so they can be corrected later. This allows the resource to be used as a perfect independent or center activity.
•Answer keys
•Management and organization tips for successfully implementing Time to Tile in your classroom.

Too many skills on 1 page for my students who really struggle. Would probably work for gen ed students.
I liked the resource, until I reached the clause portion of the notes. The examples given for phrases and clauses are similar are both dependent clauses. The examples included for clauses cannot stand alone as the definition claims.
I like that the 5 a day assessments are available virtually through forms, however, I pretty much had to redo the answer choices because my students struggled with the presentation of choices. I've only used it one time however because we were remote that specific day. I spent most of the day clarifying the answer choices. I do feel that if I used it more consistently students might get used to the format.
The pages with any sort of graph or fraction pictures are messed up and will not print properly.
slightly disappointing. Geared toward younger age group!

I love using this set of tile pages and so do my students. However, unlike some of your other tile sets I've used in the past, it seems like some of the pages may have more than one correct answer. Are there specific rules that students must follow in order to "correctly" solve the pages? (Other than, of course, having the correct multiples under the correct factors)
Hi Grace! For several of my math tiles, there may be 2-3 variations of answers. As far as "rules", the multiples are all in ascending order, though not necessarily in consecutive order.
