Time to Tile: 2 by 2 Factor Puzzles is a hands-on activity that takes students’ thinking beyond procedures and rote memorization. This engaging resource activates critical thinking and problem-solving skills, all while building a true understanding of factors and the relationship between multiplication and division. Students must place 10 number tiles (0-9) on the Time to Tile cards in order to correctly complete two 2-by-2 matrixes/matrices that are based on the factors of 4 different numbers.
This resource is now provided in printable and digital formats (Google Slides).
This resource includes:
•30 different Time to Tile cards
•An “Answer Recording Sheet,” where students can record their answers so they can be corrected later. This allows the resource to be used as a perfect independent or center activity.

I'm excited to start using these in my math rotations.
I love these bundles. I have so many it is great to switch them up and keep the kiddies on their toes.
I love these! I already have a bundle that I purchased last year, and I am excited to add this one to it! These are perfect for challenging kids, and getting them to think critically.

Is there a Math Tiles bundle or does each need to be purchased individually? Thank you
I do have a build-your-own bundle option:
There seems to be something very wrong with this PDF file. It crashes my preview application every single time, but other files don't crash it. It's also VERY glitchy when I open the pdf using an online browser.
Also, there are a few pages with answers filled in.
Hi Robyn. I made some changes to the graphics in the file, so it would load more smoothly. I recommend opening and printing all of my files from Adobe Reader for best results. I also deleted some of those answers that mistakenly were left on some of the cards. Please let me know if the changes I made help. You can download the new version under "my purchases."
