I can not get this file to download and I am so disappointed as I really want to use it. It will only copy the first couple pages and that is it.
This is not a spiral review. The weekly content has standards that have not yet been covered. Students can't have homework on things that they haven't learned yet.

This resource is not designed around a particular scope and sequence since many teachers follow different timelines.

Since Daily Spiral Reviews cover all standards, students are exposed to concepts they may not have had formal instruction on. Unfamiliar content presents a great opportunity for you to build background knowledge and assess where your students are before you even teach a specific lesson.

The best way to use this spiral reveiw is to begin with whole-group lessons where you model and discuss each activity. I don't worry too much if there haven't been formal lessons on a particular concept; I treat those items more as a preview. After a few weeks, the students really start grasping the format, and you can begin to transfer the workload to them. Eventually, when the students work independently on the review, you will spend time correcting and discussing their work in class.

As mentioned above, students will encounter concepts they are unfamiliar with. This is a GOOD thing, I promise! We don't always have the answers or know the procedures to solve problems. There is a problem with this resource. I purchased the digital version. However, there is no link for me to click on that gives me access to the documents virtually. I'm reaching out to the seller, please provide some guidance or refund me if possible? Thank you so much.
It was a good resource, but the inability to make any edits in the .PDF made sharing it digitally with the class nearly impossible. Very disappointed with this aspect. Good resource but this is a glaring issue.
The content was too hard for third grade. There needs to be a build in content and foundation. The skills were way over most of my students heads.
Also this is a rip off to not include the answer key with the questions. Why are you having people buy two separate things.

How many slides are included in this bundle. It says it is for one week so is it only one slide?
Hello, Maria!
The PowerPoint in this unit contains 33 slides.
Will the powerpoint open in google slides?
Yes, for the most part, everything transfers over just fine. There will be a few instances in each PowerPoint where you will have to edit the fonts in Google Slides so that everything lines up.
Hello, First of all, this is a really great resource. I'm using it with my middle school ELLs. I just printed the Grammar Sketch Notes, but I'm confused as to why there ins't a blank sketch note for me to use with other prefixes, root words and suffixes. The Sketch note that came with this file is for "Predictable" but I'd like to have kids create a sketch note for the other prefixes, root words and suffixes in this bundle. I could use a blank sketch note. Thank you! Claudia
Hi Claudia! Thanks for reaching out! We're happy to send you a blank template. Please email us at info@teacherthrive.com
Do you have this resource including more than one week of lessons? I'm asking because I like the digital aspect of it.
Hi Lina! Thanks for reaching out! This particular unit is one week of instruction. We have a 4th Grade Grammar bundle that includes a full year of grammar instruction, including this unit. You can find it here: https://teacherthrive.com/product/fourth-grade-grammar-bundle/
Are these slides editable?
Thank you
Thanks for reaching out! Yes, the PowerPoint is editable.
Hello, I am unable to find the digital activities for this purchase. I do see Google Forms in the zip file; however, it is in an excel spreadsheet. I have purchased many items with the option to use with Google Apps and typically there is link to make a copy of the activity which then goes into my Google drive. I appreciate any information
*I figured it out!! Sorry definitely user error ( :

I loved your greek sketch note freebie - do you have these available for suffixes? specific ones - just not concept?
Hello! We have 2 Greek and Latin Roots Sketch Notes resources that include specific suffixes. You can find those here: https://teacherthrive.com/product-category/language-arts/vocabulary/greek-and-latin-roots/
so this is not teaching specific prefixes, etc...just the concept of prefixes, roots and suffixes?
Hello. This is a one-week unit that covers 18 common roots/affixes. You can see the exact morphemes that are covered by downloading the preview.
Hi, I am unable to download the roots affix power point.. the page doesn't load... has anyone else had issues with it? wondering what I'm ding wrong.. Everything else I've used has worked great. Let me know thank you
