This resource is absolutely incredible!! I love the idea of the fairytales-like you said in your rationale: it's so much easier to apply these icons to texts they are already familiar with. It brings success to them quicker, and inspires them take on the challenge of applying them to new material we'll encounter through the year. Older students still have that "little kid" inside of them, and I believe my middle schoolers will love revisiting these tales. I cannot wait to begin next school year with this resource! Keep the products coming!!
Thank you for one of the best "feedbacks" EVER. I really do appreciate the time and care you took to leave your response. And, yes, TOTALLY appropriate for middle school and beyond; there are actually some pretty "deep" elements to fairytales that older students can really dive into.
Just what I was looking for! Thank you!
Great book! Thank you for the feedback.
This is a really great resource that is very flexible. I look forward to incorporating them in the fall.
Thank you for the feedback.
Great resource! Planning on using it for group discussions.
That's a great application. Thank you for the feedback.
Probably too complex for my students, but they look great for older elementary.
Oh that's too bad! I'm sorry to hear this. I wouldn't recommend these to grades lower than 4. Please feel free to email me for possible ways to adapt these for your kiddos.
