Easy to Implement

This weeklong resource is a great tool to use in the classroom to take a break from other activities and really focus in on parts of speech.

Why does this product leave out prepositions, conjunctions, and interjections? I don't consider this a 5th grade product when it is so limited. I purchased it assuming it contained all the parts of speech. You should make it clear that it does not!

Teacher Thrive

Hello! This only included 5 parts of speech as clearly stated in the description, preview, and thumbnails. The unit is intended as a review of content taught in previous grade levels. The other parts of speech are covered in-depth in subsequent units of the 5th-grade bundle.

KAROLINA D.

Hi - I am wondering if it would be possible for you to add conjunctions and interjections to the INB section? This would go really well with the other resources in the grammar bundle!

Nicole D.

Hello! I cannot find/open the PowerPoint presentation anymore. When I click on the 01 Parts of Speech in the folder, it will not come up.

For the digital resources, are the responses already in google forms or something?

Teacher Thrive

Hello! The Google Forms are self-grading and contain the correct answers within the forms. To see the correct answers for each problem, click on "Answer Key" on the bottom left-hand side of the problem.

Jody R.

Where are the standards listed? and I hope they are clear to which lesson they go to?...

Teacher Thrive

Hi Jody! Thanks for reaching out. The specific parts of speech standards are only addressed in Third Grade, so the Fifth Grade parts of speech unit is a review.

Lee Anne Cowling

When do you plan to finish off the 5th grade units?

Teacher Thrive

Hello. All of the 5th grade units are complete.

Lisa P.

I was wondering if this is compatible with Canvas? It is in Google Slides that I am able to link within Canvas?

Thank you :)

Teacher Thrive

Hi Lisa,
Yes, the digital materials are compatible with Canvas. We are not very familiar with Canvas, so I wouldn't be able to say exactly how you can open these.
