This was a great resource to have for daily warm up to review math skills. I started the year with the fifth grade and then transitioned to the 6th grade about end of September.

Hello. Week 3 assessment number 14 shows ¼ x 8 and 8 x ¼, but on the answer key it shows ⅓ x 9 and 12 x ¼
Hi Debbie! Thanks for letting me know. This error was in the editable PPT version and not in the PDF version. I have corrected the PPT.
Hello. Thank you for this resource. I did find a problem with the first assessment. For number 1, it says find the ratio of gray to white. That would be 1 to 3, not 1 to 4. Also, number 7 says 1/10 on the assessment, but answer key says 1/30. Is there a way this can be fixed since its editable?
Hello, Debbie! Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I corrected the ratio problem on week 1 and on week 2 to reflect the part-part relationship. However, I am not seeing the error for problem 7. Could you please clarify for me so I can make sure I am looking in the right place?
Please check week 5 problem #20 quiz. The coordinate points do not match any answer.
Hello, Kelly! Thanks for letting me know. I apologize for the inconvenience. I just corrected the question.
My students found 2 mistakes on the first quiz. I tried to fix them myself, but couldn't. Question 7 says 3/10 but shows 1/10 on the graph. Problem 20 is numbered 1, 2, 4, 3 on the y axis. Could you fix those so I can reprint them? Thank you!
Hi Shannon! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you need anything else.
Is there a data tracker sheet to go along with this? One for each kid? And one for the teacher? Thanks!!
Thanks for reaching out! There is no data tracker sheet, however, there is an error analysis portion on the last page of each quiz. You can see what that looks like in the preview.
Would you please give a explanation of how you use the error analysis section of your assessments? Thank you!
Hi Marica,
You can stack the assessments so that only the error analysis shows, then you'll have an at-a-glance view of how students are doing as a group
Do they come with the answer key?
Yes, answer keys are included in the PDF.
Hi! Your other grade level bundles for this product say "editable". Is this grade level editable?
Thank you for your reply!
Hi Amy! We are working on making 6th grade editable right now. We are currently making an editable version of the weekly review. The assessments will follow. Both will be completed by the end of the year.
I have a few questions about this product. Do you have it available as a digital version? I have a student who cannot use paper and must have everything digital. Crazy I know, but true!
Next, I will be working with them for two more years. I love this product and want to know if you can make something for 7th grade and 8th grade. Willing to pay. If you are willing to create.
Kris
Hello! While I don't have a digital-only version of this resource, many teachers do use it digitally with apps like Notability. You are more than welcome to do this. I don't know if/when I'll get around to making a 7th or 8th-grade version, but I will consider it for a future project. Thank you for your interest.
