Wish I could edit it so I can review skills and have students learning as we go more thoroughly. If we started off with 5th grade review skills it would be so much easier for the students, but to start off with skills they have not learned yet is frustrating for them even with a quick mini lesson.

Teacher Thrive

Hi Stephanie. I provide teachers with 2 full weeks for free in the preview to try out. I hope you will stick with it; I know your students will catch on very quickly.

great resource

vanessa M.

Great resource but it is a bit mixed as far as scaffolding goes...it does not go in sequence with the 6th grade math books.

Teacher Thrive

Hello! This resource is not designed around a particular scope and sequence since so many teachers follow different timelines, etc. I find that they best way to use this is to begin with whole group lessons where you model and discuss each of the activities. I don't worry too much if there hasn't been a formal lessons on a particular concept; I treat those items more of a preview. After a few weeks, the students really start grasping the format and you can begin to transfer the workload to them. Eventually, when the students are working independently on the review, you will simply spend time correcting and discussing their work in class. Please feel free to email me with any questions!
