I loved these so much that I purchased the digital version to go along with the print. Love that it saves me the work of uploading everything!
I bought the 4th-grade warm-ups last spring along with the quiz bundle. I loved this product so much that I purchased the 5th and 6th-grade bundles. I can easily differentiate for skill level via Google Classroom, and the kids have no visibility to the fact that they are not taking the same quiz or using the same warm-up. If you have never used Google Forms, you will love the self-grading of Google Forms.
This is a great resource. Daily Asynch practice for math. The only problem is that the weeks are not labeled so in order to find the standards you are working on you have to go into each week and see what it is. Is there any way you could upload a table of contents ? This would be. a huge help.
Perfect! Thank you!
I’m so glad I found this resource! It’s a great spiral review for my distance learners!

I love this resource, especially in Google forms. At the beginning of school, I was able to share the forms with my students through Google Classroom without them having to ask permission. Now that it says Publish instead of Share, students always have to ask my permission. Can I turn this off? Thanks
Hello! It seems like a setting on your end must have changed. Can you ask an IT support admin? Nothing has changed on my end.
I purchased this item and love it but would like the printed version. Do I have to pay additional costs to get the printed version as well??
Thanks for reaching out. These are separate resources as the digital versions take 100s of hours to create. Many digital resources out there are simply an image of a worksheet/printable embedded into a Google Slide with blank text boxes pasted on top of them. Creating digital resources in this manner is a simple process that only takes a few hours. Our digital versions are all created in Google Forms, so teachers can save time using the self-grading feature, which is not available in Google Slides. As mentioned above, creating Google Forms is very labor and time-intensive, so we decided to list these separately.
How many questions per day are in each form?
Hello! There are 5 per pay.
Thank you for your earlier reply. I am referring to assigning week 28 and further, it is not working the same way.
Hi Wendy. Please email us at info@teacherthrive.com so we can troubleshoot this with you directly.
I've been enjoying this resource greatly.
I'm just now trying to assign the 4th quarter and it's not working. Is there a permissions glitch? thanks for your help!
Hello. We're sorry for this inconvenience! I'm sorry, but I do not know what you mean by assigning the 4th quarter, can you please explain? Please contact TpT so they can troubleshoot this with you directly. https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Contact
I bought this digial version because it is self correcting but when I check for individual responses, it does not show the students name. What am I doing wrong? Is it due to the fact that it does not ask them their name? Was I supposed to add it as a question myself?
Thank you
Hello, James. Thanks for reaching out! There is a setting (click on "settings" at the top of the form next to "Responses") in each Google Doc that you can switch to ask for the students' email addresses. However, you can also add a question to the top of the form asking for their name.
Do you have the answer key available for these like you do for the printable version? I like going over the answers with my students and it is handy to have the answers right in front of me, rather than clicking on each question on the form. Thanks-
Hello! Google Forms are self-grading and contain the correct answers within the forms. To see the correct answers for each problem, click on "Answer Key" on the bottom left-hand side of the problem.
Does each week cover a certain skill or is it a mixed review? Is there a table of contents to find the skill I need to review?
Thanks,
Mary
Hello! There are resource notes included that lay out exactly the order in which this resource is designed to be taught. All of the links to the Google Forms are layed out in a spreadsheet that is labeled with the week and day they are to be taught.
I find this digital resource frustrating to say this least. I have no idea what to do with the EXCEL spreadsheet. Can I just upload the assignments into my Google Classroom and assign to my class?
Hello. We are sorry you are feeling frustrated with the spreadsheet. Unfortunately, due to the nature of how the forms work, this is the most efficient way to share the files. From the spreadsheet, you will just click on the link and create a copy of the form and then you will be able to upload to Google Classroom.
Is there a discount available for the digital version if you already have the original spiral review?
These are separate resources as the digital versions take 100s of hours to create. Many digital resources out there are simply an image of a worksheet/printable embedded into a Google Slide with blank text boxes pasted on top of them. Creating digital resources in this manner is a simple process that only takes a few hours, and you are more than welcome to adapt the printable version as described for your personal use. Our digital versions are all created in Google Forms, so teachers can save time using the self-grading feature, which is not available in Google Slides. As mentioned above, creating Google Forms is very labor and time-intensive, so we decided to list these separately. You are more than welcome to use the printable versions you own to create your own Google Forms to use with your students only.
