Daily Math Spiral

Great spiral review but was a little too hard for my kiddos and didn't align well to our sequence

Helpful Resource

This covers just 4th grade content and doesn't review the 3rd grade content. Because of this, I had to give this to my students in mid-January rather than mid-August. However, I love that this is editable. And I also love how students get so much practice from these different problems

Teaching with Mrs Z

This was a great resource, some items were a little hard for my students, but otherwise I liked it.

Savannah S.

My students are able to complete this independently during math rotations. I like that it's quick and fairly easy and that it's helping my students review concepts they've learned throughout the year.

Stephanie Fisher-Batoff

My students thrive on routine and knowing that every particular day of the week they'll be doing a certain set of math skills is extremely helpful. This is a great bell-ringer activity for my class.

Do you offer the "5 A Day Math Review" + the weekly assessments as a bundle?

Teacher Thrive

Hi Lourdes! I don’t have those two items bundles together. Also, I just responded to your email :-).

Amy F.

Hi, I purchased the Daily Math Review. Do you offer an editable version? I thought it was when I purchased. It was recommended to me by a teacher that teaches below me. I wanted to keep the format similar to what the students are familiar with seeing, but wanted it to match our pacing. Thanks in advance!!

Teacher Thrive

Hi Amy! I will be adding an editable version to the 4th grade math review in about a week. Thanks for asking.

Catherine Stevens

Hello! In your sample I see that it says "book 4" with division problems. Is it safe to assume that there are 3 other books before this one? I am wondering because I want to make sure the pacing lines up with mine :)

Teacher Thrive

Hello Catherine! Book 4 refers to grade 4. I do have a Book 3 as well. I have "book" rather than "grade" so that teachers can use these outside of their grade levels. This resource is not designed around a particular scope and sequence since so many teachers follow different timelines, etc. I find that the best way to use this is to begin with whole group lessons where you model and discuss each of the activities. I don't worry too much if there hasn't been a formal lessons on a particular concept; I treat those items more of a preview. After a few weeks, the students really start grasping the format and you can begin to transfer the workload to them. Eventually, when the students are working independently on the review, you will simply spend time correcting and discussing their work in class. Please feel free to email me with any questions! Missyteacher

I bought your ELA of this with the Friday assessments and LOVED it!!! Is there an assessment piece for the math? Thank you!!

Teacher Thrive

Thank you!!! Working on 3rd right now and then 4th will be!! Thanks for asking.

sherry E.

Do you have an approximate date on when you might have the Friday quizzes completed? I love this resource and would love to have a Friday assessment. Thanks for all you do!

Teacher Thrive

Hi Sherry! I hope to have these completed by the end of August. They take quite a bit of time and I am still finishing up the language assessments.

Kori N.

I see that your 5 a day language review has a weekly assessment that goes along with it. Do you have something similar for the Math 5 a day?

Teacher Thrive

Hi Kori! I don't currently have them for math, but I will be making them once I finish Language:-) Thanks for asking.

A Room Full of Sunshine

Hi, I purchased your fifth grade spiral review and am finding done if it is too difficult for my kiddos or my required that they learn it. Also I'm noticing some of the language hadn't been updated to common core language. Will you be updating this resource? Also, would you consider a discount if I also purchase the fourth grade one? Thank you!

Teacher Thrive

Hi Abbey! This resource is completely based on the Common Core, so you will need to email me exactly what you are referring to when you say it "hasn't been updated to Common Core Language." I am more than happy to offer you a 20% refund if you purchase another grade level. You will need to email me your username and date purchase after you buy it. I can then contact tpt to refund you.

Laura M.

I have previewed your resource and think it's amazing. I am a teacher in London, UK and would like to use this in my class to ensure full consolidation. Is it possible for you to also include an editable version for me, as I will have to change some of the language and questions as we use a slightly different curriculum in the UK. I would be interested in buying the licences to share as we are a federation of two schools and I would role this booklet out across both schools. Thank you for reading this, I look forward to your reply.
Laura Lewis.

Teacher Thrive

Hi Laura! Thank you so much for your interest and kind words. Unfortunately, I do not have an editable version of this resource. I make all of my resources in Adobe Illustrator (not Word or PowerPoint), and most people do not have the program. If I can be of any further assistance, please email me at GotToTeach@icloud.com
