Depth and Complexity Critical Thinking Task Cards for Science
Caught in the Middle

As a teacher of gifted students, I love and appreciate the time you have taken to create this product. The tasks are exactly the type of rigorous product I've been searching for to tie science into common core! The activities that I can come up with to use these are endless.

Thanks, Jena! I think you will appreciate the rigor they will provide for your students.

Everything looks fantastic. I will be able to use this with both my gifted and regular ed students!!! Your suggestion to slowly incorporate these ideas into your lesson structure is important to remember. I teach 7th grade, and this is a fantastic resource to help students develop habits of thinking deeply and critically as we move to Common Core.

Thank you for the great feedback. I am happy that you are seeing all the possibilities.

I have never been more disappointed in a resource before. As a teacher, I would expect more. Do you have a table of contents? It is an excel spreadsheet that requires me to click on each and make a copy. I would like to know what is on it specifically before having to click on each link.

Teacher Thrive

These are Google Forms, and the best way to organize them is via Excel. There is no table of contents because the forms are organized by week in the Excel file. Yes, you must click on each on to save them to your Google Drive. That is how Google Drive works and is the only way we can ensure that teachers can access these forms properly.
