Love the simplicity and wonderful spiral!

Combo Teaching

I really like the review and how there isn't too much for them to do everyday. My students found it a little difficult so I ended up using it as extra practice. It's great for applying the name of the grammar to what to do.

Sarah S.

This definitely takes some time getting students to use this independently. I used 3rd grade with my 6th and 7th graders at the beginning of the year so they could learn the format and not be totally overwhelmed with content. But even some of this content is challenging for students who haven't had explicit grammar instruction!

Is the 3rd Grade Daily Language Spiral Review Morning Work Editable the same as the Digital Language Spiral Review? I'd like to have a paper copy and the digital copy, but I wan to make sure they both have the same information. Thank you!

Teacher Thrive

Yes, the content is the same.

Theresa D.

Wow, this looks amazing! Do you have it for 2nd grade?

Teacher Thrive

Hi Theresa! Thank you. I only have them for grades 3-8. :-(

Joleen J.

Do you have a digital version since now I am
online teaching with my students? I have the printed version but would like to continue using these daily online.

Teacher Thrive

The third-grade digital version will be posted within a week!

Stephanie L.

Where can I find the answer key for all of these weeks?

Teacher Thrive

They are at the end of the pdf file.

Meganne C.

Hi! When you made the handbook review for your students, did you cut them after you printed them?

Teacher Thrive

Hello! You can assemble them for your students, but you could easily have them cut them out and staple their own books.

Jane L.

Does this go for the whole year?

Teacher Thrive

Hi Jane! Yes, 36 weeks.

Lee Ritsco

Hi, do you have this available for 2nd grade? Thanks!

Teacher Thrive

Hi Lee! I do not have one. I would like to make one in the future, but I just don't know when/if I will get to it. Thanks for asking.

Jillian J.

I understand that many of the sellers on here want to keep their products protected, but my curriculum doesn't follow this exactly. We do certain concepts weeks before it's reviewed and others aren't covered until the end of school almost. Others are still not covered until 4th grade. This is still a quality product, but giving us an editable option, in order to more closely align to our specific student/school/curricular needs would be heaven. It's almost not worth using when I having cherry pick at the bits that my students are to do. And I realize, I purchased this to make my life easier, because I didn't want to create it myself. (And thank you for doing the hard work for me), but it would be nice to switch out one item from the beginning to the end of the packet to tailor it for my class. Other than that small gripe, this really is a wonderful resource, so please don't think I'm being critical. I'm only asking for you to consider editable versions for us in the mire and the muck.

Teacher Thrive

Hello! Thank you so much for your feedback; it truly is appreciated. I create all of my resources in Adobe Illustrator, so providing an editable version is not possible. I will say that I have used this exact same format with 3 different math adoptions, and each had different curricular timelines. I actually find it beneficial to present new concepts to students before they have had a formal lesson on it. The students who are ready for it will take off, and the ones who are unfamiliar with it begin to build background knowledge. When I do begin teaching a certain unit, I already have such a clear understanding on where each child is in their learning process since we have been visiting each concept regularly. I am not sure how long you have been using this, but I will say that the first few weeks will take more modeling and time. However, you will be amazed how all of your students will catch on very quickly. I hope you will continue to use it; I promise you will be happy with what you see happening in your classroom. Please email me if you have any questions. I can also put you in touch with other 3rd grade teachers who are using this; they might have some other ideas too. GotToTeach@icloud.com

Teacher Thrive

Hi Jamie! I am most likely going to make a 2nd grade version over the summer:-)
